Can I search online for an article available in stores?
Our shop is clearly organised and it's easy to navigate by product groups and category images. You can sort our product line by a desired category. At the top of the page is a search box. Just enter the name, shape or the article number and start your search. If you've found what you were looking for, clicking on the product image will give you more detailed information about materials and available sizes.
What can I do if my element has been sold out?
You can wait a few days and visit us again. We are trying to make the sold out element quickly available again. You can also order an unavailable product and wait a little longer for shipping.
Can I change the length of the chain?
Yes, when you click on the image, product details will show up. There you can choose the length of the chain. The price changes automatically when you select different options.
What materials do we use to make jewelry?
All jewelery in the store is made of sterling silver 925, nickel free or sterling silver 925 gold plated, nickel free. The product is covered with 24 carat gold. The product is coated with two layers of gold: the backing layer and a terminal, which makes the element more sturdy. On request we can make jewelery in a sterling silver 925 rose gold plated or sterling silver 925 rhodium plated.
Is it possible to make jewelery according to my pattern?
We can make slight changes in the jewelry available in the store. It all depends on the individual case. If you have a question, please email us.
How can I order online at flurryjewelry.com?
• Fill shopping basket - Start with selecting your requested article from our range and put it in the respective length or colour in the shopping basket. If you hover your mouse over the shopping basket symbol in the top right hand corner, you will get an overview of all items in your shopping basket. • Proceed to checkout - You don’t want to add any other articles to your shopping basket? Just click on the Basket, then ‘proceed to checkout. • Register / Login - If you have not already logged in, you are now asked to log in or to register. If you are already registered as a customer, please enter your email address and your personal password. In case you have forgotten your password, you have now the opportunity of requesting a new one. If you are new to our online shop, register with your e-mail address and a personal password, and fill out the appropriate fields in the form. You can find all information on data security. • Delivery options - Choose your delivery method • Payment method - Choose your method of payment. • Check your order - The order overview gives you the opportunity to check your details before sending off your order. In case you want to make any changes, please click on the “edit data” button. You have the opportunity to view, edit or delete your details at any time under “My account”. • Send order - By clicking on the button “Send order” we accept your order. Afterwards, you will receive an email confirming your order. Tip: If you change your mind and don’t want to purchase an article you have included in your order after all, you have the option of cancelling the item under “My Account”, provided the item has not been packed yet and you have not claimed any discount.
Why do I have to register?
Once you are registered, flurryjewelry.com is able to offer you a number of benefits: • Use of a different delivery address, • Overview of your previous orders in your customer account, including delivery and payment status, • Option to cancel items up to the point they are ready for despatch, • Option to download returns slip, • Option to save a wish list.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
Simply click on the “Forgot password” button. When the respective window opens, please enter the email address you have used to register with flurryjewelry.com. We will then send an email to your inbox containing a new password you can use to log in. We would recommend for our own safety that you go to “My account” and replace the password we sent you with a new permanent one.
How secure should my password be?
A password should contain at least 8 characters and be a combination of letters and numbers. Customers must choose a password for their account which is not known by anyone else and must not disclose this to anyone else. If you believe your password may be known to someone else, you must change it immediately.
What is a coupon code?
From time to time, we can create a special offer. Discount codes can be visible on the home page or we will send you a specific code in newsletter. Just enter the code in the field “coupon code” and enjoy the benefits. Please note: Only one coupon is redeemable per order.
How di I know whether my order has been successful?
After we have received your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation that also contains your order number/bill number.
Can I change my order?
You can only change orders that have not been shipped yet. Write us a message and enter your order number. We will help you.

All items are sent in a bubble envelope for better protection.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service you can use to pay for your online purchases securely, simply and quickly. This is how it works: You enter your details into a PayPal account. Within the flurryjewelry.com order, you simply select PayPal as the payment method. After sending your order, you enter your email address and personal password in the PayPal screen and confirm your payment.
Using PayPal, you pay for your purchases without entering your bank details or credit card number within the order (because your details are already saved in your PayPal account).
Do I pay for shipping twice as I buy a few things at once?
When you buy several things at once, you pay only once for shipping.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
You can choose any address you want. For example, you may have your order delivered to your work. Write us a message with a different delivery address.
When my order will be sent?
If the elements are available in the store it will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the payment. If you have bought a sold out elements, shipping may take a little longer, because we need time to make them.
When do I get my order?
We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible. For more information, see the Ordering & Shipping section.
What happens if the parcel could not be delivered?
If your parcel can not be delivered or the shipment was not received in time, it will be returned to flurryjewelry.com. As soon as we have received your items, we will notify you by email.
Is a signature required upon receipt?
Only STANDARD SHIPPING, GLOBAL EXPRES PACKAGE and COURIER shipments must be confirmed by a signature.
Can I return the purchased product?
All purchased items can be returned free of charge.
What time do I have to return the jewelry?
You must return your jewelry in 14 days.
How do I go about returning an item?
Items must be unused (You can try on items), in their original condition and packaging. You must bring the correct Return Slip(s) & invoice with you.
