- Sign in to your flurryjewelry.com account. If you are not yet signed up for an account, you can create a new account or continue as a guest.

- Enter your shipping address. Please make sure to include unit numbers or company names for large buildings. Complete all fields noted with an asterisk. You have the option of including a message on this page. Select a shipping method and continue.

- If your billing address is different from your shipping address, enter your billing information. Enter your payment method and continue.

- Please review your information before submitting your order. After submitting your order, you will come to a order confirmation page. You will be assigned an order reference number on this page. We recommend printing this page for your records.

- You will receive an order confirmation email soon after placing your order which will include your order number and order details. Then, you will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can also view this information by logging into your flurryjewelry.com account and viewing your order history.

You have a few options to choose from:

 ECONOMY SHIPPING - This is the slowest shipping option. Delivery time is 15-35 business days. (Depending on the country of destination. In the Europe area shipment arrives sooner. The farther the country is the longer it takes.) There is no tracking number and you can not track the shipment. 

 STANDARD SHIPPING -Jewellery are sent by registered air mail. You can track the shipment through the Internet. Tracking is active in countries belonging to the European Union. Delivery time for the European is 3-7 business days. When you receive the package you must sign the receipt.

USA, Canada & Australia - tracking only works untill the shipment is in Poland. The tracking number is not active after leaving Poland. Delivery time is 7-15 business days. 

 GLOBAL EXPRES PACKAGE - You can track the shipment through the Internet. Tracking is active for all countries. When you receive the package you must sign the receipt. Delivery time for the European is 7-10 business days. Tracking number is also available for following countries: USA, Canada, Brazil (Delivery time is 15-25 business days).

 COURIER - A CLASSIC parcel usually reaches its destination within Europe in only 2-5 days. and to help your international parcels along the way, there is a comprehensive range of tools and information relating to international shipping on our website. Constantly updated shipping status.


If you received your flurryjewelry.com order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it. All purchased items can be returned free of charge – should you wish to make a return, please, ensure the following rules:

- Return within 14 days (upon receipt)

- Returns only apply to unworn (You can try on items) and undamaged jewellery

- Please request a return document under flurryjewelry@gmail.com and disclose your order ID ! Please print out the return document and fill in the return form.

- The merchandise must be unworn (You can try on items), and original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post.

- flurryjewelry.com does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.

- The return address is in return document

- Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the refund process.

- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. flyrryjewelry.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Exclusions: necklaces and bracelets on cord, custom orders including mix and match bridal, custom bridal, custom orders are not eligible for return.
